If you do business in or around Chittenden County (or the entire State of Vermont for that matter) then you probably know the name Esther Lotz.  Esther is a regular fixture in every edition of Business People Vermont.  Ask any business owner you know and chances are they have had at least one conversation with Esther during her career in local commercial real estate.

Over a decade ago, Earthlogic helped a once shy Esther to get the word out on her fledgling LLC Brokerge firm.  It wasn’t long before she began taking our advice to heart which led to a new website (that worked well for Esther for almost a decade), and resulted in the monthly presence you see in BPV magazine.

Recently, we worked with Esther on a new Mobile Responsive website redesign to improve the user experience for the ever increasing percentage of her target audience searching for commercial properties to buy, sell or lease.

Not only did we deliver a dynamic new site on a WordPress platform for Esther, we took some time to create a complete Commercial Real Estate Agent management system.  With Esther’s help in the near future, Earthlogic will be poised to enter a niche we’ve been contemplating for a long time; Mobile Responsive Commercial Real Estate websites for both agents and brokerage firms.

Luceo Mobile-Responsive Website

After working with Luceo in Chicago (a subsidiary of CareerBuilder) to develop a competitive positioning, value proposition, and brand strategy, we worked with Luceo to translate the brand strategy into a visual brand  (Logo, web interface, marketing collateral, core business set).  Their initial website was launched very early in 2012 and over the last couple months we have been working with Luceo to redesign their site using Mobile-Responsive design.  Luceo customers in the UK affectionately dubbed their product “Lucy” so Luceo asked Earthlogic to design a character that would embody their brand – a character that is smart, sophisticated, helpful, and compelling.

Being an international company, the new site also incorporates multiple language translations using the same content management system interface to manage each language.  Each section and page can be uniquely identified per language so that region is not locked into a single site structure.  In addition, each country can post their own job openings using the Luceo product to manage job openings and deliver job listings, details, and applications through the front-end interface pulling information directly from the Luceo software (Lucy) using a system of web services that is part of their own developed and maintained web-based software.

First Night Burlington Mobile Version Website

Since the Millenium celebration, Earthlogic has partnered with First Night Burlington to provide a fresh annual brand including poster, button, ad, and program guide design.  The First Night website has evolved over the years and this year we are proud to announce the addition of a mobile site.  The premiere feature of the new mobile site is the ability to sign-up, login and manage your event schedule.  Browse through venues, events, artists and add any performance your schedule with a few clicks (or touches as the case may be).

The ability to post your status to Facebook and Twitter is a new mobile feature that should provide great opportunities for community chatter on December 21 of this year.

Vermont Attractions Association Mobile-Responsive Website

Earthlogic has been working with the Vermont Attractions Association for many years.  First we redeveloped their member-based website.  A few years ago, VAA reengaged Earthlogic to develop a mobile version of their site.  in 2012, we helped VAA launch a YouTube channel.  Now in 2013, VAA has once again engaged Earthlogic to develop a Mobile-responsive site that will add a number of new features to the site including Google Calendar integration, and the ability to manage all content on any device (desktop, tablet, or smartphone).
