Earthlogic’s Ticket Tracking System (ETTS) is available online 24/7 for your requests. It is the most efficient and beneficial way for Earthlogic to address your questions or requests as best as we can.
Support hours are billed at an hourly rate and ONLY in the case the ticket is a new request. For a volume of hours (usually over 5 hours) an estimate will be provided prior to addressing your request. Maintenance contracts are also available to those clients in need of high volume updates at discounted rates.
Bug fixes and most questions submitted through the ETTS are NOT billed to the client.
